Milagros Ivony Millones Rojas Head of Irrigation Avocado - Virú FieldMilagros Ivony Millones RojasI have been working in Viru for 4 years. I arrived to the company when we had 600 hectares of Avocado field. During my management we achieved the installation of 1,000 more hectares and 4 reservoirs, but my real learning came when we had to face the consequences of the mudslides of 2017. I am responsible for watering palto fields and in that time, it seemed impossible but we put on the team shirt and each one of us assumed the responsibility to take care of our harvest, and so we managed to irrigate again the avocado trees after 15 days. Definitely giving your best for Viru is giving your best for your family.
